Osta's diagnostic division product pipe line consists of a novel prognostic blood test for osteoporosis & a novel diagnostic blood test for Alzheimer's disease. These tests have the potential to address largely unmet medical needs of millions of sufferers world-wide. They have large market potential and shorter development & regulatory approval times to reach the commercialization stage. The technological basis of each of these tests has the potential to be major breakthroughs in osteoporosis and Alzheimer's research.

Diagnostic Blood Test for Alzheimer's Disease (AD)
A blood test for diagnosis / prognosis of sporadic AD. Clinical studies conducted in Montreal, Canada to date show very encouraging results, and pending a successful outcome, the Company will explore the possibility of entering into a co-development and/or licensing agreement for
commercialization.

Prognostic Test for Osteoporosis (OP)
A genetic test for assessment of risk of developing osteoporosis prior to the onset of the disease.
Clinical studies conducted in Montreal, Canada to date show very encouraging results. Pending successful completion of additional clinical studies, the Company intends to license out its test to pharmaceutical/diagnostic companies world-wide.
